PART 1: ENGLISH VERSION

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications ("Apps") developed and published by NymDev ("we," "us," or "our") on the Google Play Store.

1. Scope of Application

This policy covers all applications developed by NymDev, including but not limited to utility applications, games, lifestyle applications, parenting tools, and health reference applications. This is a unified privacy policy applicable across our entire portfolio of applications.

Note: For application-specific permissions and features, please refer to the dedicated sections below or the respective app store listing.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

A. Information You Provide

Except for specific user-initiated support requests (such as service requests in the Tho Camera app as detailed in Section 3), our Apps are designed not to collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, personal address, email address, or phone number. You can use core features of our Apps without providing any personal data.

B. In-App Purchase Data

When you make an in-app purchase within our Apps, we do not collect or store your payment card or financial account details. Financial transactions are processed entirely by Google Play. We only receive anonymized transaction metadata from Google Play, including:

Transaction ID
Purchase Token
Transaction Timestamp
Payment Status

Purpose: This data is collected solely for verifying purchases, unlocking premium features, restoring purchases upon app reinstallation, and assisting with refund inquiries if required.

C. Technical and Device Information (Processed Automatically)

To maintain app stability, deliver advertisements, and remember user settings, our Apps may automatically process:

Network Connection: To display dynamic content and advertisements.
Google Advertising ID (GAID): Processed by Google AdMob and Unity Ads for ad delivery and analytics.
Shared Preferences / Local Storage: Stores local device settings (such as dark/light mode preference) strictly on your device.

3. APPLICATION-SPECIFIC POLICIES

A. Personal Data Policy for "Tho Camera" App

This Policy describes how the Tho Camera application collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the app on Android devices:

Data Collected & Purpose: When you voluntarily submit a support or service request form within the app, we collect your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Physical Address. This information is strictly used to process your request, communicate with you, provide technical consultations, and execute camera repair/maintenance services as requested.
Legal Basis & Consent: We only process this data with your voluntary consent, provided by confirming before submitting the form. You have the right to withdraw your consent or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
Data Security Measures: All information is encrypted using advanced security protocols (HTTPS/TLS) during transmission. Access is strictly restricted to authorized technical personnel. Disclaimer: While we exert our best efforts to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Non-Disclosure & Data Sharing: We absolutely do not sell, rent, commercialize, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or proprietary purposes. Your information will only be disclosed when officially requested by competent state authorities in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

B. Currency Conversion Service ("Unit Converter" App)

The Unit Converter App integrates with the ExchangeRate-API service to update currency exchange rates between different currency units:

The app only sends requests to ExchangeRate-API to receive publicly available exchange rate data.
The app does NOT send, store, or share any personal information or user identification data with ExchangeRate-API or any third parties.
Data received is ephemeral, used solely in-memory for immediate calculation, and is not stored long-term on the device or servers.

C. AI Assistant Feature (Google Gemini AI)

Some of our applications may include an AI Assistant feature powered by Google Gemini AI:

Processing: User prompts and contextual inputs are transmitted securely via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) to Google's servers for real-time processing and response generation.
Privacy: We do NOT store your prompts, uploaded inputs, or conversation history on our servers, nor do we collect personal identification details through the AI chat interface.
Usage Limits & Scope: Each user is subject to a daily or periodic usage quota to ensure service stability and fair access. The AI Assistant is pre-configured to operate strictly within the dedicated domain, purpose, and functional scope of each specific application (e.g., troubleshooting assistance, travel planning, lifestyle guidance, or educational topics). Off-topic requests, inappropriate content, or prompts that violate Google AI's Prohibited Use Policy may be automatically restricted or declined.

AI Feature Note: This feature uses Google Gemini AI. Your queries are processed by Google's servers. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and Google AI Terms of Service for more information.

D. Screen Time Monitoring ("FocusRealm" App)

FocusRealm utilizes the PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS (Usage Access) permission solely to monitor the screen time of applications for which users have set limits. All usage statistics are stored and processed entirely offline within a secure local SQLite database on your device, and are never transmitted, stored, or shared with any third-party servers.

E. Network Diagnostics & Scanning ("Network Toolbox" App)

To provide accurate network analysis and device scanning features, the Network Toolbox app requires the following access permissions:

Location Access (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Required by Android OS to retrieve Wi-Fi network information (SSID) and perform accurate local network scans. Commitment: We DO NOT collect, store, or share your actual geographic GPS location data.
Change Wi-Fi Multicast State (CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE): Allows the app to temporarily receive Multicast packets (mDNS, UPnP, Bonjour) to detect local smart devices (printers, IP cameras, NAS drives). Active only during network scans.
Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CONNECTED_DEVICE): Performs a short-lived automated security scan when connecting to a network, displaying an active system notification, and terminating immediately once the scan is complete.

4. DEVICE PERMISSIONS AND SYSTEM INTEGRATIONS

A. Notifications and Alarms

Post Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to display alerts or important reminders directly on your device.
Schedule Exact Alarm (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): Allows the app to trigger notifications at precise times (e.g., anniversary reminders, scheduled tasks).
Security & Storage: All notifications are Local Notifications. All data entered for reminders is stored securely on the device's local storage and is never transmitted externally.

B. Interaction with Other Apps

The application may verify the existence of essential system applications to open links to the Google Play Store (to promote developer apps) or trigger email clients for feedback.
We DO NOT collect, store, or monitor information about other applications installed on your device.

C. Health, Wellness, and Child Development Disclaimer

For our lifestyle, wellness, parenting, and health-reference applications, we do not collect, diagnose, or process personal medical records, clinical symptoms, or sensitive biological data.

Medical & Parental Disclaimer: All content—including but not limited to general wellness tips, feeding guides, nutritional suggestions, growth milestones, and developmental references—is provided for informational and educational purposes only. This content does not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, nutritional prescription, or formal healthcare recommendations. These applications are NOT a substitute for professional pediatric care, medical consultations, or clinical evaluation by certified healthcare providers. Users should always consult a qualified physician, pediatrician, or healthcare specialist regarding any medical conditions, dietary changes, or child health concerns. The developer disclaims all liability for any actions, decisions, or consequences resulting from the use of information provided within these applications.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ANALYTICS

Our Apps may integrate trusted third-party SDKs that process non-personally identifiable technical identifiers:

Google Play Billing: For secure, PCI-compliant payment processing governed by Google Play's Privacy Policy.
Google AdMob: Collects non-personally identifiable device data (such as Google Advertising ID) to serve relevant advertisements, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Unity Ads: Collects device identifiers, approximate location, and ad interaction metrics to serve and optimize advertisements, governed by Unity's Privacy Policy.
Firebase Analytics: Collects aggregated, anonymous usage data (feature interactions, device model, session frequency) to help improve functionality. All data is anonymized and cannot identify individuals.

Third-Party Advertising Services – Unity Ads

This application integrates Unity Ads, an advertising network provided by Unity Technologies, to serve advertisements within the app.

1. Data Collected:
The Unity Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain information from your device when ads are requested, displayed, or interacted with, including:

Device and Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID), IP address, device specifications (hardware model, operating system version, system language, carrier).
Approximate Location: Country or city-level location derived from IP address to deliver geographically relevant advertisements.
App Activity and Interactions: Ad impressions, views, clicks, and engagement metrics within the ad units; application usage data related to the ad experience.
Financial / Purchase Information: In-app purchase event signals (excluding sensitive payment credentials, debit/credit card numbers, or bank accounts) for ad campaign optimization and attribution.
Diagnostic and Performance Data: Technical diagnostic information to ensure reliable ad rendering and SDK functionality.

2. Purposes of Processing:

Serving, personalizing, and optimizing advertisements (subject to applicable consent requirements).
Ad frequency capping and campaign performance analytics.
Fraud detection, security maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

3. User Controls and Data Deletion:

All data collected by the SDK is encrypted in transit.
Users can manage, opt out of personalized advertising, or reset their Advertising ID at any time via Android settings: Settings > Google > Ads.

You can manage or reset your Advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads at any time via your device's Settings > Google > Ads.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & ACTIVE SHARING

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content (images, text, configurations) that you create or share via the Application. The developer disclaims liability for any damages or claims arising from user-provided content.
Active Sharing Mechanism: Data is only shared with third-party platforms or other users when you explicitly initiate the sharing action (e.g., clicking an export or share button). We do not transmit your content automatically.

7. DATA SECURITY AND YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Since we generally do not collect or store personal data, the risk of data breaches is minimized. Local preferences are stored safely on your device.

You have the right to:

Opt-out of personalized ads via your Google Account settings.
Reset your Advertising ID in device settings.
Clear app data to completely remove local preferences.
Request the deletion of any correspondence data submitted for technical support by contacting us directly.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY & GOVERNING LANGUAGE

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.

Governing Language: This Privacy Policy is executed in both English and Vietnamese. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between the English version and the Vietnamese version, the English version shall prevail.

PHẦN 2: BẢN TIẾNG VIỆT

Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này áp dụng cho tất cả các ứng dụng di động ("Ứng dụng") được phát triển và phát hành bởi NymDev ("chúng tôi") trên Google Play Store.

1. Phạm vi Áp dụng

Chính sách này bao quát toàn bộ các ứng dụng do NymDev phát triển, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở các ứng dụng tiện ích, trò chơi, ứng dụng đời sống, công cụ nuôi dạy con và ứng dụng tham khảo sức khỏe. Đây là chính sách bảo mật thống nhất áp dụng cho toàn bộ danh mục sản phẩm của chúng tôi.

Lưu ý: Đối với các quyền và tính năng đặc thù của từng ứng dụng, vui lòng tham khảo các mục chi tiết tương ứng bên dưới hoặc mô tả ứng dụng trên cửa hàng ứng dụng.

2. DỮ LIỆU CHÚNG TÔI THU THẬP

A. Dữ liệu do Người dùng cung cấp

Ngoại trừ trường hợp người dùng chủ động gửi biểu mẫu yêu cầu hỗ trợ kỹ thuật (như dịch vụ trong ứng dụng Thợ Camera được nêu cụ thể tại Mục 3), các Ứng dụng của chúng tôi được thiết kế để không chủ động thu thập, lưu trữ hoặc xử lý thông tin định danh cá nhân (như họ tên, địa chỉ cư trú, email hoặc số điện thoại). Bạn hoàn toàn có thể sử dụng các chức năng chính của ứng dụng mà không cần cung cấp dữ liệu cá nhân.

B. Dữ liệu Mua hàng Trong Ứng dụng

Khi bạn thực hiện mua gói tính năng trong ứng dụng, chúng tôi không thu thập hoặc lưu trữ thông tin thẻ thanh toán hay tài khoản ngân hàng. Mọi giao dịch tài chính được xử lý an toàn bởi Google Play. Chúng tôi chỉ tiếp nhận các dữ liệu xác thực giao dịch ẩn danh từ Google Play, bao gồm:

Mã giao dịch (Transaction ID)
Mã xác thực đơn hàng (Purchase Token)
Thời gian giao dịch
Trạng thái thanh toán

Mục đích: Dữ liệu này chỉ được sử dụng để xác thực quyền truy cập gói nâng cấp, duy trì quyền lợi khi cài đặt lại ứng dụng và hỗ trợ xử lý yêu cầu hoàn tiền khi cần thiết.

C. Thông tin Kỹ thuật Tự động Xử lý

Để duy trì tính ổn định, hiển thị quảng cáo và lưu cài đặt người dùng, ứng dụng có thể xử lý tự động:

Kết nối mạng: Phục vụ hiển thị quảng cáo và cập nhật nội dung.
Mã Quảng cáo Google (GAID): Được sử dụng bởi Google AdMob và Unity Ads cho mục đích phân tích và điều phối quảng cáo.
Shared Preferences / Bộ nhớ cục bộ: Lưu cấu hình hiển thị (như chế độ sáng/tối) hoàn toàn nội bộ trên thiết bị của bạn.

3. QUY ĐỊNH RIÊNG CHO TỪNG ỨNG DỤNG CỤ THỂ

A. Chính sách Bảo vệ Dữ liệu Cá nhân cho Ứng dụng "Thợ Camera"

Chính sách này mô tả cách ứng dụng Thợ Camera thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của bạn khi sử dụng ứng dụng trên thiết bị Android:

Dữ liệu thu thập & Mục đích: Khi bạn gửi biểu mẫu yêu cầu hỗ trợ sự cố hoặc dịch vụ sửa chữa trên ứng dụng, chúng tôi thu thập Họ tên, Địa chỉ Email, Số điện thoại và Địa chỉ lắp đặt/sửa chữa. Thông tin này được sử dụng giới hạn trong phạm vi tiếp nhận yêu cầu, liên hệ tư vấn giải pháp kỹ thuật và tiến hành dịch vụ sửa chữa camera theo đề nghị của bạn.
Cơ sở pháp lý & Quyền thu hồi: Dữ liệu chỉ được tiếp nhận khi bạn chủ động xác nhận đồng ý gửi thông tin. Bạn có toàn quyền rút lại sự đồng ý hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu của mình bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách liên hệ trực tiếp với chúng tôi.
Biện pháp bảo mật dữ liệu: Toàn bộ thông tin được mã hóa bằng giao thức bảo mật nâng cao (HTTPS/TLS) trong quá trình truyền tải. Hạn chế tối đa quyền tiếp cận dữ liệu, chỉ những nhân sự có thẩm quyền kỹ thuật mới được phép tiếp cận. Lưu ý miễn trừ: Mặc dù chúng tôi nỗ lực tối đa để bảo vệ dữ liệu, không có phương thức truyền tải qua Internet hoặc lưu trữ điện tử nào an toàn tuyệt đối 100%.
Cam kết không chia sẻ thông tin: Chúng tôi tuyệt đối không bán, cho thuê, thương mại hóa hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích quảng cáo hay lợi ích riêng. Dữ liệu chỉ được cung cấp khi cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền yêu cầu chính thức theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.

B. Dịch vụ Tỷ giá Hối đoái (Ứng dụng "Chuyển Đổi Đơn Vị")

Ứng dụng Chuyển Đổi Đơn Vị sử dụng dịch vụ ExchangeRate-API để cập nhật tỷ giá tiền tệ tự động:

Ứng dụng chỉ gửi yêu cầu đến ExchangeRate-API để nhận dữ liệu tỷ giá công khai.
Ứng dụng KHÔNG gửi, không lưu trữ, không chia sẻ bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân hoặc nhận dạng người dùng nào đến bên thứ ba.
Dữ liệu nhận được chỉ được sử dụng tạm thời trong bộ nhớ để tính toán và không lưu trữ lâu dài trên thiết bị hay máy chủ.

C. Tính năng Trợ lý AI (Google Gemini AI)

Một số ứng dụng của chúng tôi có thể tích hợp tính năng Trợ lý AI được cung cấp bởi Google Gemini AI:

Xử lý dữ liệu: Câu hỏi, dữ liệu mô tả hoặc thông tin do người dùng nhập vào được chuyển tiếp bảo mật qua kết nối mã hóa (HTTPS/TLS) đến máy chủ của Google để phân tích và phản hồi theo thời gian thực.
Bảo mật: Chúng tôi KHÔNG lưu trữ vĩnh viễn nội dung hội thoại hay nhật ký tương tác trên máy chủ của mình, đồng thời không thu thập dữ liệu định danh cá nhân qua giao diện chat AI.
Giới hạn & Phạm vi: Mỗi người dùng có thể bị áp dụng định mức số lượt tương tác mỗi ngày/chu kỳ nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng hệ thống. Trợ lý AI trên mỗi ứng dụng được cấu hình để hoạt động đúng phạm vi chuyên môn và chức năng của ứng dụng đó (như du lịch, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, tiện ích đời sống,...). Hệ thống có thể tự động từ chối các câu hỏi nằm ngoài phạm vi hoặc vi phạm Chính sách sử dụng an toàn của Google AI.

Lưu ý về Tính năng AI: Tính năng này sử dụng Google Gemini AI. Dữ liệu xử lý bởi máy chủ Google. Vui lòng tham khảo Chính sách Quyền riêng tư của Google và Điều khoản Dịch vụ Google AI.

D. Theo dõi Thời gian Sử dụng (Ứng dụng "FocusRealm")

FocusRealm sử dụng quyền PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS (Truy cập dữ liệu sử dụng) duy nhất để theo dõi thời gian sử dụng các ứng dụng giải trí do người dùng chủ động thiết lập giới hạn. Toàn bộ số liệu thống kê được xử lý hoàn toàn cục bộ (offline) trên thiết bị qua cơ sở dữ liệu SQLite an toàn và không bao giờ được truyền tải hay chia sẻ với bất kỳ máy chủ bên thứ ba nào.

E. Phân tích & Quét Thiết bị Mạng (Ứng dụng "Network Toolbox")

Để cung cấp tính năng phân tích mạng chính xác, ứng dụng Network Toolbox sử dụng các quyền đặc thù:

Quyền Truy cập Vị trí (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Theo quy định kỹ thuật của hệ điều hành Android, việc quét mạng Wi-Fi xung quanh hoặc đọc tên Wi-Fi (SSID) yêu cầu quyền vị trí. Cam kết: Chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập hay lưu trữ tọa độ địa lý GPS thực tế của bạn.
Quyền Thay đổi Trạng thái Wi-Fi Multicast (CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE): Cho phép nhận các gói tin Multicast (mDNS, UPnP, Bonjour) để phát hiện các thiết bị thông minh (IP Camera, máy in, ổ NAS) trong mạng nội bộ. Chỉ diễn ra tạm thời khi quét mạng.
Dịch vụ Chạy tiền đề (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CONNECTED_DEVICE): Thực hiện quy trình chẩn đoán ngắn hạn khi kết nối Wi-Fi, hiển thị thông báo tiến trình trên thanh trạng thái và tự dừng ngay sau khi hoàn thành.

4. QUYỀN THIẾT BỊ VÀ TƯƠNG TÁC HỆ THỐNG

A. Thông báo và Quyền liên quan

Quyền hiển thị thông báo (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Được sử dụng để gửi các thông báo nhắc nhở hoặc cập nhật trực tiếp trên thiết bị.
Quyền lập lịch chính xác (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): Cho phép ứng dụng thiết lập các thông báo vào thời điểm chính xác theo nhu cầu người dùng.
Bảo mật: Tất cả là Thông báo cục bộ (Local Notifications). Dữ liệu thiết lập nhắc nhở chỉ lưu trên máy người dùng và không gửi ra bên ngoài.

B. Tương tác với Ứng dụng Khác

Ứng dụng chỉ tương tác chuyển hướng (Intent) mở Play Store (để giới thiệu ứng dụng khác) hoặc mở ứng dụng email khi người dùng cần hỗ trợ.
Chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập danh sách hay theo dõi thông tin về các ứng dụng khác được cài đặt trên thiết bị của bạn.

C. Tuyên bố Miễn trừ Trách nhiệm Y tế & Chăm sóc Sức khỏe

Đối với các ứng dụng đời sống, chăm sóc sức khỏe gia đình và nuôi dạy con, chúng tôi không thu thập hay xử lý dữ liệu bệnh án lâm sàng, triệu chứng y khoa hoặc thông tin sức khỏe nhạy cảm.

Tuyên Bố Miễn Trừ Y Tế & Chăm Sóc Sức Khỏe: Toàn bộ nội dung trong ứng dụng—bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở các thông tin tham khảo sức khỏe, gợi ý thực đơn ăn dặm, chế độ dinh dưỡng, mốc phát triển và biểu đồ tăng trưởng tham khảo—chỉ mang tính chất chia sẻ kiến thức và thông tin tham khảo chung. Các nội dung này hoàn toàn không cấu thành chỉ định y khoa, phác đồ điều trị, tư vấn dinh dưỡng chuyên môn hay lời khuyên y tế chính thức. Các ứng dụng này KHÔNG thay thế cho việc chẩn đoán, điều trị hoặc tư vấn từ các bác sĩ chuyên khoa, bác sĩ nhi khoa hoặc chuyên gia y tế có chứng chỉ. Người dùng được khuyến cáo luôn tham khảo ý kiến chuyên môn y tế trước khi áp dụng bất kỳ chế độ dinh dưỡng hay phương pháp chăm sóc nào. Nhà phát triển không chịu trách nhiệm cho bất kỳ hậu quả nào phát sinh từ việc tham khảo thông tin trong các ứng dụng này.

5. BÊN THỨ BA VÀ DỊCH VỤ PHÂN TÍCH

Ứng dụng có thể tích hợp các thư viện bên thứ ba uy tín để xử lý thông tin kỹ thuật không định danh:

Google Play Billing: Xử lý thanh toán an toàn tuân thủ theo Chính sách Quyền riêng tư của Google Play.
Google AdMob: Thu thập thông tin kỹ thuật và Mã Quảng cáo (GAID) để hiển thị quảng cáo phù hợp, tuân thủ Chính sách Quyền riêng tư của Google.
Unity Ads: Thu thập mã định danh thiết bị, vị trí gần đúng và tương tác quảng cáo để phân phối và tối ưu hóa quảng cáo, tuân thủ Chính sách Quyền riêng tư của Unity.
Firebase Analytics: Thu thập dữ liệu sử dụng ẩn danh (tần suất tính năng, thiết bị, lỗi crash) nhằm cải thiện hiệu năng. Tất cả dữ liệu đều được ẩn danh hoàn toàn.

Dịch vụ Quảng cáo của Bên thứ ba – Unity Ads

Ứng dụng này tích hợp mạng lưới quảng cáo Unity Ads do Unity Technologies cung cấp để hiển thị quảng cáo cho người dùng.

1. Dữ liệu được thu thập:
Unity Ads SDK có thể tự động thu thập và xử lý một số thông tin nhất định từ thiết bị của bạn khi hiển thị hoặc tương tác với quảng cáo, bao gồm:

Mã nhận dạng thiết bị và quảng cáo: Mã nhận dạng quảng cáo của Google (Google Advertising ID - GAID), địa chỉ IP, thông tin thiết bị (kiểu máy, hệ điều hành, ngôn ngữ, nhà mạng).
Vị trí gần đúng: Vị trí ở cấp quốc gia hoặc thành phố dựa trên địa chỉ IP nhằm phân phối quảng cáo phù hợp với khu vực địa lý.
Hoạt động trong ứng dụng và tương tác: Lượt xem, số lần nhấp và các lượt tương tác với quảng cáo trong ứng dụng; thời gian sử dụng ứng dụng liên quan đến trải nghiệm quảng cáo.
Thông tin tài chính/Giao dịch: Tín hiệu lịch sử giao dịch mua hàng trong ứng dụng (không bao gồm thông tin thẻ hay tài khoản ngân hàng) để tối ưu hóa quảng cáo.

2. Mục đích xử lý dữ liệu:

Phân phối, tối ưu hóa và cá nhân hóa quảng cáo (nếu được người dùng đồng ý).
Giới hạn tần suất hiển thị (frequency capping) và đo lường hiệu quả chiến dịch.
Ngăn chặn gian lận nhấp chuột, bảo vệ an toàn và tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật.

3. Quyền của người dùng và Xóa dữ liệu:

Dữ liệu truyền tải giữa thiết bị và máy chủ Unity luôn được mã hóa trong quá trình truyền (in-transit).
Bạn có thể đặt lại hoặc tắt tính năng cá nhân hóa quảng cáo bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt của thiết bị: Cài đặt Android > Google > Quảng cáo (Ads).

Bạn có thể quản lý, đặt lại Mã Quảng cáo hoặc từ chối quảng cáo cá nhân hóa trong mục Cài đặt thiết bị > Google > Quảng cáo.

6. NỘI DUNG DO NGƯỜI DÙNG TẠO & CHIA SẺ DỮ LIỆU CHỦ ĐỘNG

Trách nhiệm nội dung: Người dùng hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm về các nội dung (hình ảnh, văn bản) mà mình nhập hoặc chia sẻ qua ứng dụng. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm đối với tổn thất phát sinh từ nội dung này.
Chia sẻ dữ liệu chủ động: Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ ra ngoài khi có thao tác bấm chủ động từ phía người dùng (ví dụ: bấm nút chia sẻ hoặc xuất dữ liệu). Chúng tôi không tự ý chia sẻ dữ liệu khi không có lệnh trực tiếp.

7. BẢO MẬT DỮ LIỆU VÀ QUYỀN RIÊNG TƯ CỦA BẠN

Vì chúng tôi không thu thập thông tin định danh cá nhân nên nguy cơ rò rỉ dữ liệu được giảm thiểu tối đa. Cấu hình ứng dụng được lưu trữ an toàn trong bộ nhớ máy.

Bạn có các quyền:

Từ chối quảng cáo cá nhân hóa trong Cài đặt Google của máy.
Đặt lại Mã Quảng cáo bất kỳ lúc nào.
Xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng (Clear Data) trên máy để xóa toàn bộ cấu hình cục bộ.
Yêu cầu xóa thông tin liên hệ hỗ trợ đã gửi cho chúng tôi qua email hỗ trợ.

8. THAY ĐỔI CHÍNH SÁCH & NGÔN NGỮ ƯU TIÊN

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này theo thời gian. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được công bố trên trang này kèm mốc "Ngày hiệu lực" cập nhật ở đầu trang.

Ngôn ngữ ưu tiên: Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này được lập bằng cả tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt. Trong trường hợp có sự mâu thuẫn, khác biệt hoặc không thống nhất về ngữ nghĩa giữa hai phiên bản, bản tiếng Anh sẽ là bản có giá trị ưu tiên áp dụng cao nhất.
